It had been reported previously that the attack left a man dead on the spot. It is now clear that Omar Zahed (brother of Tarek Zahed, the boss of Comanchero Bikies) has died. They were both shot in the foyer at a Western Sydney gym. This incident took place last night.

According to reports, Omar Zahed suffers from gunshot wounds to his stomach, legs, and arms before suffering a heart attack. Both victims were found to be in very serious and critical condition. Tarek Zahed, his brother and the victim of an underworld hitman opened fire in a Sydney gym.

Omar uploaded a brazen Tiktok earlier that shows Tarek and himself standing and posing in front of private jets. Both are protected by Comanchero bikies. Two days ago, a still was shared from a lip-syncing platform. It showed the brothers flexing before big mirrors at a Bodyfit gym – thought to be the Auburn location where he was fired.

A week earlier, a media outlet reported Tarek had received a bounty. According to a bikie source, Tarek had been warned to be safe. They said that they had warned him to stop going to the gym the previous week and asked him to make some changes in his routine, but he didn’t listen. They are angry. On Wednesday, 11 May 2022, Paul Toole, the NSW Police Minister, stated that he would “search down” criminals.

Who is the Suspect?

Two people were shot as they posed in front of the Bodyfit Fitness Center Auburn, on busy Parramatta Road. It was around 08:00 on Tuesday. Omae, 39, suffered a heart attack from being struck in the stomach, legs and arms. He was later killed at the scene. Tarek, 42, was in critical condition after he sustained 10 gunshot wounds to his body including his head.
