It is now MJA, and eventually Creative Management Associates (CMA). He was the chairman and CEO of the company that represented such talents as Steve McQueen and Colin Powell.

Later in 2005, his company was sold to Suhail Rizvi, a private investor. McQueen taught him karate, which he enjoyed. Marvin had his wife, five children and 16 grandchildren. His brother Jack Josephson was his survivor. He had two great-grandchildren. His family requested that the funds be sent to the Jewish Federations of North America. In loving memory of Marvin, they decided to help the families.
